Solarday S.p.A. pursuant to
Article 13 of Italian D. Lgs. 196/2003 dated 06/30/2003 inform
that all collected personal
data will be handled through manual, electronic and telematic instruments, fit to guarantee in full either security
than reservedness of themselves.
Collected data might also be
transmitted, for indicated purposes to third-party entities, such as Company's Consultants and Group's
Companies.
We want to inform also that
Article 7 of Italian D.Lgs.196/2003, grants you specific right, particularly:
- obtain a confirmation on the
existance (or not existance) of data regarding you
- know data's origin, logic
and purposes on which relies data handling
- obtain full deletion,
anonimization or blocking of personal data handled under law's infringement conditions, or updates, modifications and
integrations of themselves
- oppose for legitimate
reasons to handling of data themselves
CONSENSUS
Pursuant to Article 23 of
Italian D. Lgs. 196/2003 dated 06/30/2003, the above mentioned authorizes and agrees on handling of supplied personal
data, wether sensitive or not, fully respecting Authorization nr. 1/2008 stated by the Italian Guarantor for the
protection of personal data (G.U.169/2008).
Also agrees that for all
purposes above mentioned, data may be communicated to third parties.
